Q: Can we rent a towncar for 1 hour? 
Unfortunately the minimum rental time is 3 hours, unless you just need pickup and drop-off. 

Q: Do you offer point to point service in towncar? 
Yes we do by zip code. 

Q: How long in advance I need to reserve? 
For town car service morning pick up time from 4:15AM-10:00AM have to be reserve a day before or at least 4 hours in advance base on availability. The early you call is the better to be serving. 

Q: How many bags can we put in the town car? 
We can accommodate up to 6 standard size bags in the trunk. In case you have more than 6 bags, chauffeur will place some of them on the front seat of the town car. If an additional vehicle is needed, chauffeur can assist you to hire a taxi @ $30- $35 to transport the bags. 

Q: How many passengers can fit in a Lincoln Towncar? 
Four people comfortably can fit in car. 

Q: Is smoking allowed in your towncars? 
In all of our vehicles, smoking is not allowed. However, our chauffeurs will gladly stop as frequently as guests request to make it possibly for you to enjoy a smoke. 

Q: What your Cancellation Policy for towncar service? 
Towncars: Less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time reservation is billed in full. ( $15 Processing fee will be charged to all Cancelled Reservations)

Q: Can we rent a limousine for 1 hour? 
Unfortunately the minimum rental time is 4 hours, unless you just need pickup and drop-off (6AM-5PM Only for point to point).

Limousine service base on availability, the early you call the better we can serve. 

Q: How many bags can we put in the limousine?

We have 10 passengers' limousine, 18 passengers limousine & 22 passengers limousine.

Q: What your Cancellation Policy for limousine service? 
Limousine: Deposits are non refundable, full price charged 7 days before the scheduled pickup time. 

Q: Why can't I just get a ride to and from the event, instead of having a limousine there doing nothing? 
There are a few companies that will make you a promise that they will pick you up at certain time after an event. It is not possible to make such a promise, because the same promise was made to another party sharing the same car. The only way to insure that a limousine is there when you need it during your event is to lease it for that period.

Q: Can I st a color Preference?

 We can only guarantee color for weddings, funerals and daytime events. During peak season we will try our hardest to meet you color choice but we can not guarantee color.

Q: Can I extend the tour? 
Yes, you can extend most of the tours for an additional charge Example $55 per hour (town car).

Tour Reservation base on availability early is better. 

Q: Is the driver also the tour guide? 
Yes, all our drivers are professional trained and they narrate all tours.

Yes we do that with extra charge $35(we have to have to driver to able to do it).

Our office is open 7-days a week, 365 days a year from 4:30AM-10:30PM.

We currently serve all the major metropolitan area in Dfw and North Texas and also we serve all major cities in US through our network system. 

Q: What do I do if my flight is delayed or cancelled? 
We use the state of art technology to monitor your flight for last minuet of arrival. But if you decide to take early or later flight please call us to update your info.(no show will be bill for full fare ). 

Q: What if we can't find our driver at pick up location? 
Please call our office (866) 401-4787 (817) 266-4617 before you decide to leave. 

Q: What method of payment do you accept? 
We accept all major credit card, casher check, travel check and cash as payment. 

Q: What your airport pick up location? 
After you collect your luggage, walk directly outside of the baggage claim area to limousine pickup area (Blue sign) where the driver will be there to meet you with a sign. 

Q: When do I pay for the service? 
There are three option to make a payment to us is it very convenient to you. First you can make payment over the phone. Second you can do it through our website. The third you can pay directly to your driver (we need your credit card when you make your reservation to reserve your car)*.
